About
Electronics Engineer with a Passion for Reliable Systems
I studied Electronic Engineering at TU Berlin (Diplom-Ingenieur) and gained my first hands-on experience in electronics during my studies, working on the production of HiFi loudspeakers and crossover networks.
After that I spent 12 years at Robert Riele GmbH & Co. KG developing clinical chemistry analyzers, complex medical devices where reliability and precision are non-negotiable. Working across the full development cycle, from hardware design and PCB layout to embedded firmware and system integration, I built a deep understanding of what it takes to bring electronic systems from concept to certified production.
In 2020, I made the move to independent consulting. As a freelancer, I work directly with engineering teams and decision-makers, taking full ownership of every project I take on, with a personal commitment to delivering results.
My approach is pragmatic and detail-oriented. I believe good embedded development means understanding the hardware and the software equally well. I write clean, maintainable code, design for manufacturability, and communicate clearly throughout the project, because good documentation is part of good engineering.
